Health and Wellness


Fitness is an important to maintaining good physical health. We will provide services to our youth to help inspire them to focus on their physical health. We will encourage and inspire the youth to be active and physically fit.


Nutrition is just as important to physical health as Fitness. We want to help inspire our youth to make better decisions with their meal of choice.


Our Health and Wellness workshops will be a collection of meetings, classes, and events that promote the betterment of youth health and wellness.

Emotional and Mental Health Services

Our Emotional and Mental Health services allow personal growth for each youth and teen through services dedicated to guiding them to a better self emotionally and mentally.

Physical Health Education

Physical Health Education program provides workshops and classes that promote the understanding of the body (in and out). This program will help students understand their bodies and promote healthy choices that benefit them and their bodies.
